We love the mindfulness app ‘Headspace’ for doing just this! All you need is ten minutes and a quiet place to sit and you’re good to go! This clever app is divided into a selection of 10-minute mini meditation sessions. Headspace is free to download; however, you can buy a subscription to access even more sessions!
It’s important to feel supported when breastfeeding. MindMum is a useful app to help manage your mood through the ups and downs of entering parenthood. It works to assist with the emotional challenges you face as a new mum, by helping you to look for the positive moments in the day, tracking your mood and making action plans to help you feel positive and on top of your busy schedule. A great way to keep on top of any anxieties or worries you are confronted with in this new phase of your life.

This app is a great way to appreciate the little things in life, even when you think you’ve had a bad day, finding one second to record can be really inspiring! We love colouring-in apps, they are a really easy way to spend a creative 5 minutes to help you unwind after a busy day as a new mum.
