Service & Repair

  • Both on our world wide and regional service sites we assist you with technical enquiries. Call on us to perform routine maintenance checks, safety checks and – if necessary – repair Medela products.
  • If you would like to know which devices can be repaired in your region or ask for a quote, please contact your local sales office.
  • All our work is carried out in accordance with the ISO13485 standard.

Training & Education

  • We conduct internal and external service trainings for service technicians of our subsidiaries and partners.
  • Contact your local sales office to learn about dates or schedule a specific training course.

Customer Complaints

  • Should you be unhappy or have questions about the identity, quality, durability, reliability, safety, effectiveness, or performance of a device, talk to your local sales office. They are here to make sure you are fully satisfied with your product and assist you in solving every problem that may arise.
